Services are delivered under a separate written statement of work. Scope, timelines, and fees are defined per engagement and take precedence over general marketing statements.

Deliverables produced for a client transfer on full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Pre-existing tooling and frameworks remain the property of Nirmaanify.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. Access to the Admin Console is restricted to provisioned personnel.

The website is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, Nirmaanify is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
